Booking Information & Policies
Which should you book?
90-min sessions are recommended generally for most sessions. It is the minimum to book if you'd like to receive intraoral work as part of your session. I find this time frame allows us to work at the pace of the body, and to best be able to address multiple/layered issues and allow for more whole-body integration.
75-min sessions are great for ongoing and regular care sessions, or if you are attending to one specific issue and are otherwise healthy, active, and not experiencing any other major ailments or physical challenges.
120-min sessions are for those wanting all of the above, and love to drop in deeply, spaciously, and come out feeling open, refreshed, and whole-body-being integrated. Also recommended if you have many, layered issues that are impacting your body, so that we may give ample time to multiple. Longer sessions available by request.
First-time clients please book the first-time option below. A 90 minute session will include about 15-25 min for initial intake, as well as about 65-75 min for table time. If you have a complex health history or situation, or want more table time, you will have the option to add more time when booking. Contact me if you have any questions or want to check in before booking.

Looking for something sooner? Ask to be on my waitlist for cancellations for specific days/times, or to inquire about today's availability.
Please also reach out if you only see a shorter session length offered at the time you want, I can often still fit you in for a longer session.
